HMM Electrical Ltd.  is looking to expand our already successful team with the addition of a skilled Electrician with a strong background in controls. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients. We are seeking a full-time Electrician to join our dedicated team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Job Role Includes:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
• Working on control systems, including troubleshooting, repairing, and optimising electrical controls and automation systems.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Performing electrical safety checks and ensuring all work complies with current regulations and standards.
• Carrying out preventative maintenance on electrical systems and controls to minimise downtime.
• Collaborating with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• Responding to electrical emergencies and performing repairs as needed.
• Testing and commissioning electrical installations, ensuring they are safe and operational.
• Assisting with the installation and integration of new control systems into existing infrastructures.

Requirements:

• Must hold all necessary qualifications as an Electrician, pay will be dependent on experience, including significant experience in controls.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and automation technologies.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and other control equipment is highly desirable.
• A full UK driving licence is required due to our location and various site locations.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work on different sites as required and adapt to varying job roles.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

HMM Mechanical and Building Services are looking to expand their already successful business with a Domestic Gas/Plumbing Engineer.
We require a full-time Domestic Gas/Plumbing Engineer to join our successful family run business based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Job role includes:

• • Installing Boilers and Central Heating Systems
  • Boiler Breakdowns (Diagnosing and Repairing)
  • Combi Swaps and System Upgrades
  • Gas Safety Checks
  • Boiler Servicing
  • Repairing Leaks
  • Bathroom/Kitchen works
  • Other plumbing works

Must hold all necessary qualifications and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

A full UK driving license is required due to our location and various site locations
Able to work on

• • Preventive, remedial, and corrective maintenance and general repairs
  • Some heavy lifting is involved
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • A full UK driving license is required due to our location and various site locations.
  • Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
