I would just like to thank you for sending the 2 engineers yesterday to carry out the initial investigation. They approached the task in a methodical manner and eventually got to understand a quite unusual system. They worked well to eliminate areas and collected materials which eventually assisted with the overall outcome. They were able to get the lower restaurant operating on a temporary basis until you are able to quote and get the system fully recommissioned and operational. If you could thank the 2 engineers who are a credit to your company and send any additional quotes through once you have discussed with the team.
